Research Status and Prospect of Particle Migration, Pore Structure Evolution and Model Construction of Ionic Rare Earth In-situ Leaching

In the process of in-situ leaching of ionic-type rare earth, it is easy to form a preferential seepage channel due to the coupling effect of particle migration and pore structure evolution. It greatly affects the amount of leaching solution and efficiency, and is also the key factor leading to water and soil loss, environmental pollution and ore body instability. Therefore, it is significant for practical engineering to explore the laws of particle migration and pore structure evolution of in-situ leaching. By summarizing the research status of particle migration and pore structure evolution of ionic-type rare earth in-situ leaching, the evolution law of particle migration and pore structure under chemical and hydraulic action during in-situ leaching is analyzed. The main models and methods for simulating particle migration and pore structure evolution of in-situ leaching are summarized. The results show that the future research directions are to further explore the change law of chemical, physical and structure of orebody system in leaching process, establish the temporal and spatial evolution model of mineral particle migration and seepage field, clarify the flow path of resource mother liquor and leachate in the orebody pore during mining process, and reveal the formation mechanism and main control factors of the preferential channel of seepage.
