Determination of Lead, Chromium, Cadmium, Mercury and Arsenic in High Purity Ytterbium by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry
The method for the determination of lead, chromium, mercury, arsenic and cadmium in high-purity ytterbium by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established by using nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide to dissolve samples. The optimal isotope for determination was selected, and the optimal conditions were determined by optimizing the instrument to be the RF power of 1100 W and the nebulizer flow rate of 0.80 L/min. The optimum measurement conditions were studied, and 2% nitric acid was determined as the acidity and Cs as the best internal standard element. The detection limit of the method is 0.0078 ng/mL~0.0230 ng/mL, and the lower limit of determination is 0.026 ng/mL~0.076 ng/mL; the recovery rate of standard addition is between 98% and 103%; for the actual sample, RSD<5%. Meet the daily testing requirements.
