Нормативна база на съвременната българска индустриална политика
The development of the competitive industrial sector requires an effective industrial policy. The establishment of an appropriate regulatory framework is essential for its active implementation. As a member country of EU, all legislation relating to industrial policy at EU level, automatically transfer its action at the national level. On the other hand in Bulgarian legislation miss the document (strategy, program, etc.) to present a long-term vision for the development of the industry. The result is uncertainty and continued decline of key economic indicators, as well as deterioration of living standards in Bulgaria.
