Design of modern furniture packaging system based on digital 3D image processing technology

Existing research has shown that there are few practical applications of digital 3D image processing technology in the field of modern packaging, and the processing speed is slow, especially in the 3D image processing of large-scale objects, which takes a long time, limiting its widespread application in modern packaging systems. To address these limitations, this paper presents an overall design of a modern packaging system based on digital 3D image processing technology. The design encompasses system process optimization, 3D model creation, and product packaging display, supported by multiple simulation experiments using 3D printing technology to verify its effectiveness. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed system achieves superior performance in terms of cost efficiency, clarity, and pressure resistance. These findings confirm the high feasibility and applicability of the designed system, particularly in cosmetic packaging, highlighting the significant potential of digital 3D image processing technology in revolutionizing modern packaging systems.
