Research on Work Safety Intelligent Inspection System Based on Identifier Resolution and Dynamic Encryption Algorithm

The Industrial Internet of Things development has provided strong technical support and expanded application scenarios for work safety inspection systems. This study proposes an intelligent inspection system based on the MA identifier resolution framework, dynamic encryption algorithm, and QR code technology. This system improves the traditional inspection method, which may have security, stability, and efficiency issues. First, we designed inspection element coding rules based on the MA general coding rules, specifying identification codes for inspection points, tasks, and time. This coding rule could systematically support data collection, analysis, and sharing. Second, we developed a hybrid dynamic encryption program using TOTP and AES encryption algorithms, ensuring the security and integrity of inspection data. The system effectively operates in environments with limited network coverage by combining dynamic QR code generation and offline decryption technologies. Finally, an inspection data analysis model was established to evaluate inspection task execution quality and work safety risks based on inspection time and issue number. Integration testing demonstrates that this system has relatively high usability and security, which could enhance the efficiency and reliability of the work safety inspection process.
