Analysis of cooling characteristics of the fan-shaped hole in a flame tube of gas turbine
Abstract In order to further improve the cooling performance of the combustion chamber flame tube, a fan-shaped hole film cooling structure with higher cooling performance is proposed. The numerical simulation method is used to compare and analyze the flow heat transfer and cooling characteristics of traditional cylindrical holes, shrinkage holes, crescent holes, and fan-shaped holes when the blowing ratio is 0.5-2.5. The calculation results show that: The comprehensive cooling efficiency of the four types of holes has the same trend along the mainstream flow direction and increases with the increase of the blowing ratio. The comprehensive cooling efficiency of the fan-shaped hole is 0.67, and the cooling effect is the best, which is 27% higher than that of the traditional cylindrical hole.
