Research on application technology of semi-rigid metal belt spacecraft assembly grounding wire

Abstract At present, the grounding wire grounding mode used in the final assembly of domestic spacecraft has some shortcomings in the use process. To benchmark the advanced foreign technology, the material characteristics of the grounding metal belt used in foreign countries have been analyzed, the tooling has been developed, and the aluminum belt of 1080 material has been selected for testing. The detailed process flow is designed, and the test results meet the requirements of grounding resistance and the operation requirements of general assembly.
