Behaviors of hydrogen diffusion in 18Cr2Ni4Wa
Abstract The hydrogen diffusion coefficient is a key factor affecting the sensitivity of hydrogen embrittlement in steels and the sensitivity of high-strength steel. Studying diffusion behaviors in steels is of great significance for the study of hydrogen embrittlement in high-strength steels. The Behaviors of Hydrogen Diffusion of 18Cr2Ni4WA high-strength steel under different temperature conditions were studied by the electrolytic hydrogen filling method. The increase of the test temperature will increase the hydrogen diffusion coefficient, The diffusion activation energy of hydrogen in 18Cr2Ni4WA high-strength steel is 39576 J/mol, and the relationship between hydrogen diffusion coefficient and temperature is as follows: D = 2.57 × 10 − 3 exp − 39576 R T .
