Study on the dynamic internal force and higher-order vibration mode coupling effect of explosion-resistant chamber under complex explosion conditions: Numerical simulation analysis based on ANSYS software

Abstract With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in China, explosion accidents occur frequently, causing serious casualties and property losses. The aim of this study is to investigate the dynamic internal force and higher-order vibration mode coupling effect of the blast-resistant compartment under complex explosion conditions. The dynamic response of the structure under different explosion conditions is analyzed by constructing a structural model of the blast chamber, an explosion load model and a dynamic internal force and vibration mode coupling effect model, and combining them with numerical simulation analysis by ANSYS software. The experimental results show that the explosion conditions, structural parameters and connection methods have a significant effect on the dynamic internal force and vibration mode coupling effect. The structural safety performance evaluation indexes show that the maximum displacement, damage index and residual bearing capacity can effectively reflect the explosion resistance performance of the structure.
