Theoretical Analysis and Verification of Double-Layer Metal Mesh Transparent Conductive Film for Wireless Propagation
This letter proposes an equivalent circuit analysis method of double-layer metal mesh transparent conductive film (MMTCF) used for wireless propagation. After the equivalent circuit model is established, the electromagnetic shielding mechanism of double-layer MMTCF with arbitrary size structure combination is theoretically analyzed. To verify the validity of the theoretical calculation, the double-layer MMTCF composed of different dimensions was prepared and measured. The results show that the error between calculated and measured results in the Ku band (12-18 GHz) is small, which verifies the effectiveness of the theoretical calculation. Since this paper can achieve theoretical analysis of double-layer MMTCF with different size combinations, it has obvious advantages in efficient size optimization design and calculation of double-layer MMTCF.
