O ENSINO DAS LUTAS NA EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA ESCOLAR
Fighting arts are an excellent tool for the motor, cognitive, and emotional development of students, in addition to bringing us cultural manifestations that transcend time and provide greater meaning to the techniques developed. The aim of this study was to analyze the challenges and conceptions of the pedagogical practices of fightings in school physical education. This study is a systematic review that aims to gather and carefully examine existing research on the inclusion of pedagogical practices through fighting arts in the school environment. The searches were conducted in the databases of the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Google Scholar, Bireme, and Dialnet. To search for articles, the terms "opposition games," "fighting," "martial arts," "combat sports," and "fighting in physical education" were used together. The analysis of the studies reveals that the inclusion of fighting arts in the school environment is a topic full of challenges and opportunities. The use of pedagogical methodologies provides advanced experiences of self-awareness and social interaction, as well as allowing students to understand the cultural and historical value of fighting arts.
