‘’APLICAÇÕES DA LOGÍSTICA 4.0 NA CADEIA DE SUPRIMENTOS DE ALIMENTOS MINIMAMENTE PROCESSADOS’’

This article aims to demonstrate the effectiveness and advantages offered by logistics 4.0 tools within supply chains in organizations. The technological landscape is proving to be increasingly favorable, which forces companies to adapt to the restructuring of production, in order to reduce expenses, without compromising quality and consumer satisfaction. Adapting to the principles of industry 4.0 in the logistics sector is essential. To achieve the proposed objectives, a case study was carried out through a questionnaire applied in the Alpha Company, answered by two managers of the area. The objective was to identify if this implementation is already present in the sector, in addition to knowing about the knowledge, benefits and obstacles it brings. The results obtained in this study confirm the theories pointed out, as this implementation reduces the obstacles and meets a high demand generated by the tools included in this concept in the food supply sector consisting of vegetables and fruits with minimal processing, Logistics 4.0 can be crucial to reduce costs and improve product quality. This article explores how Logistics 4.0 applies to this supply chain and provides examples of technologies that can be employed.
