The analysis showed that visitors’ overall satisfaction was above average, with gayasan district receiving high evaluations for negative environmental attributes and deoksungsan district receiving high evaluations for positive environmental attributes. As a result of R-IPA, five environmental attributes were identified as needing improvement in gayasan district: ① transportation, ② local cuisine, ③ historical and cultural her- itage sites, ④ tourism services, and ⑤ local specialty foods. Five environmental attributes were identified as needing improvement in deoksungsan district: ① product prices, ② unique and differentiated experiences, ③ information and signboards for tourists, ④ commercial activities, and ⑤ toilet cleanliness. The results of this study are expected to provide evidence for improving the visitor environment and management efficiency of provincial parks and contribute to the development of sustainable park management plans.
