ASSESSMENT OF ACCUMULATED DAMAGE BASED ON VIBRATION TEST RESULTS

An engineering methodology for calculating accumulated fatigue based on strain gauge data during vibration tests is presented.Calculations of the damage to structural elements of a test liquid rocket engine were performed, taking into account actual material fatigue diagrams.The calculations were carried out using the 'rainflow' method.
