Planning the development of land use of territorial communities by the method of ecological and landscape design
Abstract The current legislation provides for the possibility of planning the rational use of land and their protection on the basis of urban planning and land management documentation. This necessitates interconnected and informationally coordinated development of territorial urban planning schemes with schemes and land management projects at the local level. At the same time, there is a need to distinguish between objects of territorial land planning and land management. This is due to the fact that urban planning regulations cover mainly two categories of land (settlements; industry, transport, communications and other purposes), not taking into account the specifics of agricultural land, which also houses capital construction. It is substantiated that the market-oriented model of urban planning and land management (design) in the system of territorial planning of land use development in rural areas in Ukraine includes two main areas of planning the development of land use of territorial communities and its land management.
