Development of new generation combined steel truss
Abstract The article examines the question of the effectiveness of rational steel combined sprengel trusses compared to: typical. Modern approaches to the rational design of combined sprengel steel structures, in particular trusses, are considered. Particular attention is paid to reducing the metal content and labor intensity of manufacturing by optimizing geometric parameters, choosing rational cross-sections of elements, using high-strength materials, and regulating the stress-strain state (SSS) of structures. Methods for regulating SSS are presented, which include creating eccentricities in nodes and supports, as well as changing the cross-sections of individual elements. Maximum moment in the stiffening girder above the second support by 18%, which will further increase its efficiency. The prospects for the implementation of adaptive structures capable of changing their geometry depending on the loads using active elements have been investigated. The advantages of such solutions, including reducing the mass of structures and the technological complexity of their implementation, have been determined. The issue of reusing steel elements of building structures, which contributes to reducing CO 2 emissions, construction costs and resource conservation, has been considered. The results obtained contribute to increasing the efficiency and environmental friendliness of steel structures, offering promising solutions for sustainable construction in the future.
