Risk assessment and path planning based on navigation safety of surface vessels
Abstract Aiming at the safety problem of surface ship route planning, this study uses the analytic hierarchy process based on accelerated genetic algorithm (AGA-HP) to assess the risk of navigation safety, combining with the marine environmental factors that affect navigation safety. After completing the sea area risk zoning, the A-star algorithm is used to plan the navigation path of surface ships. Firstly, the risk assessment results are analyzed and the underwater risk areas are divided into five levels: low risk area, low risk area, medium risk area, medium high risk area and high risk area. Medium and high risk areas are regarded as non passable obstacles, while low risk areas, medium and low risk areas and medium risk areas are passable areas. Finally, the A-star algorithm is used to plan the route to ensure that ships can safely pass through the sea area. The experiment shows that after the risk assessment of the sea area, the route planning of surface vessels can greatly improve the safety of surface vessels.
