RELATO DE CASO: LÚPUS ERITEMATOSO SISTÊMICO JUVENIL ASSOCIADO A SÍNDROME DO ANTICORPO ANTIFOSFOLIPÍDIO E SACROILEÍTE BILATERAL EM PACIENTE DO SEXO FEMININO

This article presents a case report of a child recently diagnosed with Juvenile Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (JSLE) with clinical progression to APS and bilateral sacroiliitis. This pathology has an autoimmune nature, characterized by the production of autoantibodies, with multisystem involvement and little known etiology. The present study aimed to investigate the clinical presentation of JSLE in a school-age patient, based on a case report, correlating the early diagnostic findings. This is a descriptive study of the case report type, in which information obtained directly from the anamnesis performed with the patient and her mother was used, in addition to the review of medical records with verification in bibliographic reviews based on current scientific articles. The clinical evolution of the patient was described, and psychological support was provided in order to clarify doubts regarding the new care needed in the child’s routine. Thus, the importance of multidisciplinary monitoring of the patient in the context of the chronic disease and her support network is discussed.
