Research on the Matching of Power System Parameters of Pure Electric Winch Mill

Abstract To promote the development of the energy transition of traditional power construction equipment, A design method for matching the power system parameters of a purely electric winch mill is proposed. Firstly, on the basis of studying the working mechanism and mechanical analysis of the winch mill, theoretical calculations are carried out on its driving motor, power battery and transmission system to determine the parameter values of the power system and the optimization feasible domain of the transmission ratio, in order to achieve the power and economic performance requirements of the winch mill for power transmission and substation engineering; secondly, the simulation model of the power system of this winch mill is established based on MATLAB/Simulink, and after the simulation The study shows that: the maximum traction force of the winch mill can reach 50.25kN, the maximum traction speed can reach 16.9m/min, and the endurance under the extreme working condition can reach 4.5h, which meets the demand of the winch mill in the construction of power transmission and transformation projects, and verifies the reasonableness of the results of the matching of the parameters of the power system and the validity of the design method; finally, the transmission ratio of the drive train is further analyzed and optimized, which improves the traction performance of the winch mill by 5.2%, and increases the traction performance by 5.2%. Finally, the transmission ratio of the drive system is further analyzed and optimized, and the traction performance of the winch mill is improved by 5.2%. This study provides theoretical and technical guidance for the power system design of similar pure electric construction equipment.
