Design and strength analysis of forklift system for mining support carrier
Abstract The unit support carrier is an auxiliary operation equipment for the rapid movement of the unit support underground in the coal mine. The forklift system in direct contact with the support is the key structure of the main force on the carrier, and ensuring its strength and rigidity is the key to the service life of the carrier. Based on the finite element analysis theory, this paper analyzes the force of each key component of the forklift system, establishes the finite element model of each key component of the forklift system, and obtains the stress field distribution and dangerous position of key components such as gantry C groove, upper and lower sliding mechanism, left and right sliding mechanism, fork, etc., which is in line with its actual failure trend. The results of the analysis show that the strength and stiffness of the forklift system can meet the actual working conditions.
