Response to Immunotherapy in Cancer Patient One Biomarker is not Enough

TILs represent the important constituent of the tumor environment. Increased levels of TILs were associated with increased rates of response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy and improved prognosis for the molecular subtypes of TNBC and HER2-positive breast cancer, but not for patients with HR positive breast cancer.
