Construction plant-polymer composites based on recycled raw materials properties comprehensive study
Abstract The article is devoted to the development and research of effective plant-polymer composites based on secondary raw materials. The purpose of the article is a comprehensive study of the properties of construction plant-polymer composites based on secondary raw materials. As a polymer matrix for creating plant-polymer composites, were chosen specifically recycled secondary polypropylene, among natural fillers were used agricultural waste from processing industries in the form of According to the obtained technological properties data of the studied plant-polymer composites, the optimal compositions were determined secondary polypropylene 40 wt. % and plant filler 60 wt. % with the possibility of their processing by extrusion and pressing. It was determined that the best operating indicators have plant-polymer composites with a polyfractional filler composition with 60 wt. % content. This is obviously due to the maximum packing and better distribution of filler particles in the polymer matrix.
