Design and implementation of a voice-controlled digital ultrasonic flaw detector
Abstract This paper proposes a voice-controlled digital ultrasonic flaw detector, aimed at solving the problems of traditional ultrasonic flaw detectors in industrial environments such as glove contamination and inconvenient operation in dim environments. By integrating an offline voice recognition chip, the flaw detector can achieve parameter adjustment and operation control through voice commands, reducing reliance on touch screens and key panels. The experimental results show that this scheme has the characteristics of low cost, low power consumption, and high response speed, which can effectively improve the efficiency of industrial ultrasonic testing.
