Research on energy saving hydraulic system model and control strategy of variable load crane

Abstract This article establishes a model of potential energy recovery and reuses energy-saving hydraulic systems based on the characteristics of variable load crane operating conditions. By establishing the AMESim-Simulink joint simulation model of the crane hydraulic system, the feasibility of the control method with accumulator pressure and secondary element displacement is explored. The simulation results show that this control method can achieve reasonable potential energy recovery and reuse under different accumulator pressures, load sizes, and load heights, improving the energy-saving efficiency of the hydraulic system of variable load cranes.
