Random vibration analysis of automotive power battery pack based on simdroid
Abstract This paper investigates the vibration characteristics of automotive power battery packs using a two-degree-of-freedom mathematical model and finite element simulation. The modal characteristics and vibration response under chassis excitation are analyzed via a Simulink model. The displacement and stress distributions under different loads are then evaluated using Simdroid. The results provide insights for optimizing battery pack design and enhancing vibration resistance. The results show that the stress level of the battery pack studied is lower than 36.45 MPa in 99.73% of the response time, and the structural strength performance meets the requirements.
