Research on Acupuncture Treatment Based on Data Mining And Information Integration Technology
Objective: Using data mining technology to explore the law of acupoint selection for the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia. Methods: The literatures of acupuncture prescriptions for postpartum hypogalactia since the establishment of CNKI, WF, CBM and VIP databases were retrieved. The effective prescriptions were extracted according to the exclusion criteria and entered into Microsoft Office Excel 2019 to establish the database of acupuncture treatment for menstrual headache. The acupoint frequency, meridian tropism, association rules and cluster analysis were performed on the database using Excel 2019, IBM SPSS modeler18.0 and IBM SPSS statistics 27.0. Results: A total of 172 acupuncture prescriptions were included, involving 73 acupoints, with a total frequency of 856 times. The top five acupoints were RN17, ST18, SI1, ST36 and LR3, which were mainly applied to ST, RN, SI Meridian. Ten groups of frequent itemsets were obtained, and seven categories were clustered. Conclusion: Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of postpartum breast deficiency mainly focus on RN17, ST18, SI1, ST36 and LR3 points, so as to regulate qi and blood and dredge lacteal collaterals.
