Acquired hemophilia A in a patient with small lymphocytic lymphoma and SARS-CoV-2 infection
Acquired hemophilia A (AHA) is a severe blood clotting disorder caused by autoantibodies against factor VIII. AHA is an autoimmune disease that may be associated with malignancies, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia and small lymphocytic lymphoma. This study presents a patient with (AHA) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) who developed SARS-CoV-2 infection. The management of AHA, SLL, and SARS-CoV-2 infection was challenging because of thrombolytic complications in a patient threatened by hemorrhagic events.
