The test of the relevance of the CLS theory is in article 14 regarding the Regional Regulation because it is part of regional autonomy. Coming to the conclusion that Critical Legal Studies is a movement that is basically a criticism of positivism and legal formalism and CLS has the concept that law cannot be seen as stagnant, but must be interpreted as dynamic norms and CLS is an alternative to solve the widest possible problems that are not contained in textual regulations.
