O ENSINO DA GINÁSTICA DE CIRCO A PARTIR DA ABORDAGEM CRÍTICO-SUPERADORA ENQUANTO TRATO COM O CONHECIMENTO

ABSTRACT The article addresses the knowledge of Circus Gymnastics in Physical Education classes in a Public School in the State of Alagoas. The objective was to work on the teaching-learning of Circus Gymnastics as a need for incorporation into the school environment. In the method, we start from Historical-Dialectical Materialism, which enables a critical/historical vision to understand reality, through the Critical-Overcoming Approach and Historical-Critical Pedagogy. In the results we list social praxis: social practice – based on the student’s prior knowledge; problematization – we raised questions, doubts so that students could think about Circus Gymnastics at school; instrumentalization – based on authors mentioned in the text, we build scientific knowledge with students; Catharsis – moment in which the student changes intellectually; and return to social practice – students begin to understand Circus Gymnastics in its entirety.
