DEVELOPMENT OF AN INSTRUMENT TO MEASURE SATISFACTION FOR BLENDED LEARNING IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP COURSES IN ZHEJIANG, CHINA
Blended learning combines online education and classroom teaching, which is both flexible and engaging. In China, more universities are using this method because of government support. But keeping high teaching standards and meeting students’ needs is a challenge. This study created and tested an instrument to measure student satisfaction with blended learning in entrepreneurship courses in Zhejiang. Researchers used systematic literature and analyzed content to find key factors that affect satisfaction. The study revealed seven main factors: course design, student efficacy, technological support, instructor efficacy, experiential learning opportunities, student attitudes and motivation, and external motivators. The instrument was tested using the Content Validity Index (CVI). A pilot test with 128 students showed the instrument is reliable through Cronbach’s Alpha and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). This instrument helps educators and administrators improve blended learning in Zhejiang’s universities.
