4C MODEL IMPLEMENTATION TO IMPROVE CORPORATE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: A CASE STUDY OF A SHOWROOM MODELING AGENCY
This study applies the 4C model theory to examine the impact of A Model Agency on corporate customer satisfaction. Through a comprehensive literature review, we summarize relevant theories and research findings, identifying gaps in existing studies regarding the application of the 4C model in the model agency industry and customer satisfaction markets. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis to construct models and conduct an in-depth investigation. The findings reveal that customer-needs alignment, cost, convenience, and communication effectiveness significantly influence customer satisfaction. Among these factors, communication effectiveness has the strongest impact, while cost shows a negative correlation. A model agency faces several challenges in customer satisfaction, including inadequate alignment with client needs, high perceived costs, limited-service convenience, and inefficiencies in communication quality. To address these issues, we propose strategic improvements such as precisely identifying and addressing customer needs, optimizing service offerings, establishing a transparent cost management system, enhancing service convenience throughout the entire workflow, strengthening communication management, and developing long-term mechanisms for continuous satisfaction enhancement. This research contributes to the application of the 4C model in the model agency industry and offers both theoretical insights and practical recommendations for A Model Agency and other industry players to improve customer satisfaction and optimize client relationship management.
