Impact of Baud Rate and Transmission Distance on Nonlinearity Compensation using Optical Frequency Combs

We experimentally investigate the nonlinearity compensation performance of frequency combs and independent lasers sources at 15 and 49.5 GBd up to 7796 km, observing 0.5 dB gain using combs over unsynchronised laser sources.
