Ultra-compact and high-speed topological photonic crystal modulator based on thin film lithium niobate
We demonstrate a topological photonic crystal modulator based on thin film lithium niobate. Its footprint is only 57.6 μm 2 with >120 GHz bandwidth. 70 Gb/s NRZ eye diagram is clearly open without using algorithm.
