High-Speed EML and Assembly Techniques for GPU Cluster System

We discussed a high-mesa EML and its assembly techniques for GPU cluster systems targeting 400 Gbps/lane optics. A highly efficient, high-speed EML beyond 100 GHz and a novel assembling technique that eliminates wire bonding were demonstrated.
