A Spot-Size-Converter for O-Band Standard Single Mode Fiber with Sub-decibel Coupling Loss
An O-band SiN edge coupler for standard single-mode fiber coupling without undercut is proposed. It experimentally demonstrates a 0.8 dB facet worst-case fiber coupling loss and -31 dB back reflection over the entire O band.
