BER-Analysis Based Resource Allocation Algorithm in SDN-controlled Multi-user NOMA-OFDM VLC System

We propose a novel BER-analysis based resource allocation algorithm for multi-user NOMA-OFDM and demonstrate in an SDN-controlled VLC system with real-time transmitter that it outperforms conventional algorithms under varying user demand, distances and receiving angles.
