A Novel PS-QAM Signaling with Iterative Decoding for Higher Spectral Efficiencies

We propose a novel multidimensional probabilistically shaped coded modulation scheme with iterative decoding, achieving up to 0.9 dB SNR improvement over PS-QAM across 4 to 10 bits/s/Hz. Experimental results confirm the performance of the proposed approach.
