Research on International Cooperation in Rural E-Commerce under the Background of Asia-Africa-Europe Regional Collaboration

本文探讨了亚欧非区域合作背景下农村电子商务国际合作的现状、机遇与挑战。通过分析农村电商发展现状、国际合作模式及典型案例，研究了政策支持、基础设施建设、人才培养等关键问题。文章提出了深化农村电商国际合作的策略建议，包括完善政策体系、加强基础设施建设、培养国际化人才、优化物流与支付体系以及促进文化交流与品牌建设。研究表明，亚欧非区域合作为农村电商国际合作提供了广阔空间，通过多方协作可实现互利共赢，推动农村经济转型升级。This paper investigates the current status, opportunities, and challenges of international cooperation in rural e-commerce under the context of Asia-Africa-Europe regional collaboration. Through analyzing the developmental status of rural e-commerce, patterns of international cooperation, and representative case studies, this research systematically examines critical issues including policy support, infrastructure development, and human resource cultivation. The article proposes strategic recommendations to deepen international cooperation in rural e-commerce, encompassing the refinement of policy frameworks, enhancement of infrastructure construction, cultivation of globally competent professionals, optimization of logistics and payment systems, and promotion of cultural exchange and brand building. The findings demonstrate that Asia-Africa-Europe regional collaboration provides expansive opportunities for international cooperation in rural e-commerce, where multilateral coordination can achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and drive the transformation and upgrading of rural economies.
