Comprehensive Education via the X.0 Wave: Cultivating Future Sustainable Leaders in AI, Ethics, Healthcare, Engineering, and Business Cutting-Edge Competencies
In an era marked by rapid technological evolution, social transformation, and environmental imperatives, the demand for visionary, dynamic, and effective leadership across education, engineering, and business sectors has reached unprecedented levels. This paper introduces “Comprehensive Education via the X.0 Wave,” a forwardthinking framework designed to develop interdisciplinary leaders equipped with cutting-edge competencies to thrive in an interconnected world. Grounded in the X.0 Wave theory, this framework integrates a multidisciplinary approach to education, enriched by the Seven Pillars of Sustainability (7PS)—Culture, Environment, Society, Economy, Technology, Education, and Politics. Alongside these pillars, the core values of peace and love provide a holistic perspective for cultivating sustainable, ethically responsible leaders. Central to this model is the integration of artificial intelligence (AI), ethics, healthcare, and engineering-business competencies, preparing students to tackle pressing global challenges such as climate change, healthcare disparities, and digital inequalities. This paper proposes innovative pedagogical strategies to foster interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary learning, emphasizing digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and business communication. By bridging engineering and business education, the model nurtures well-rounded leaders who can navigate complex global landscapes with strategic agility and ethical responsibility. By offering a structured roadmap for higher education institutions, this study contributes to the existing literature on sustainability-driven, technologyenhanced leadership education. It provides a comprehensive model for integrating engineering and business education, ensuring that future leaders are equipped to drive organizational transformation and develop sustainable solutions for a resilient, equitable, better, and prosperous global future.
