An Optimized and General Class-D Audio Amplifier Crosstalk Measurement Test Solution on ADVANTEST V93K ATE Platform

The high-power and high-resolution class-D amplifier offering a cost-effective digital input solution with low power dissipation and sound enrichment which has been popular for many years. Normally, it can be covered by ATE resources during massive production for the typical tests like high audio performance tests, FET Rdson tests, voltage, and current protection tests, snr, crosstalk, gain error. In this paper, an optimized and general test solution on crosstalk measurement of class-D audio amplifier based on hardware LC, RC filter considerations and methodology optimization has been proposed to realize the feasibility of low cost on ATE platform.
