Design and Implementation of Distributed Archives Management System Based on Microservice Architecture

With the deepening of social informatization, archive management system, as an important tool of information management, can simplify the process of archive collection, sorting, storage and retrieval through digital means, and improve the efficiency of archive management. However, in the face of increasingly diverse service demands and the increasing volume of archive data, the traditional centralized architecture system has obvious shortcomings in business expansion, functional flexibility and operation convenience, which can no longer meet the current project application. In view of this situation, this paper will study the system construction and user experience respectively, and put forward a set of design and implementation scheme of distributed archive management system based on microservice architecture to promote the digital and intelligent transformation of archive management mode. Practice has proved that the overall scheme decouples all functional modules of archive management through microservice architecture, and realizes efficient storage and rapid retrieval of data by combining distributed storage technology, so as to meet the storage, retrieval and utilization requirements of massive archive data, and provide new ideas and practical reference for the optimization and upgrading of archive management system.
