A Common Building Block for Media SoC Analog Test on Advantest V93000 ATE Platform

Media System-on-Chip (SoC) is specialized integrated circuits designed to handle multimedia tasks such as audio, video, and image processing. And its analog components are tested using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for high precision in signal generation, error analysis, and parametric measurements. To address the complexity of current devices, a Common Building Block (CBB) framework was developed for efficient ATE test program generation. This framework supports ADC/DAC tests, loopback tests, and integrates with the V93000 WSMX board for enhanced performance on SMT8.
