The Role of THz Technology in Enhancing Cellular Mobile Based FANET for UAVs in 6G
The interface of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) into 6G networks using terahertz (THz) communication it’s provides a significant advancement in UAV connectivity, enabling high-quality and reliable communication. These capabilities have broad applications in military and civilian domains and emergency applications, disaster management. This paper addresses critical challenges in Flying Ad Hoc Networks (FANETs), specifically related to coverage range, data transmission efficiency, and power consumption in UAV-to-UAV communications. Two major limitations of UAV-to-UAV communication in FANETs are identified and mitigated through the implementation of cellular interfaces and THz communication methods and the power consumptions improved to Solar panel, and also maintain the weight of the UAVs. The proposed solutions enhance the coverage range, improve data transmission, and optimize power consumption, making UAV communications in 6G networks more efficient and effective.
