High-efficiency CNTFET-based Inverter and Pass Transistor Design for Hamming Code Encoder and Decoder for Fault-Tolerant Data Transmission

To create error-free digital data transfer, this investigation outlines the design of a Hamming code encoder and decoder circuit that combines inverter-based pass transistor logic and CNTFET techniques. The proposed logic is a revolutionary approach to low-power VLSI circuit design. Compared to other logic techniques in the literature, this approach provides a superior trade-off between power, delay, and area while maintaining a low level of circuit complexity. The proposed technique is used to design circuit topologies for Hamming code encoders and decoders, and the HSPICE Tool is used to simulate these circuits in 32nm technology. The advantages of the inverter-based pass transistor logic and CNTFET techniques are examined in this paper concerning designs made using CMOS logic types.
