Automated Emergency Response System Using AI-Driven Patient Monitoring, Surveillance and Drug Delivery

The following study discusses the development of a more intelligent and sophisticated healthcare system which is intended to provide better care to patients especially during critical conditions such as cardiac emergencies. The system seamlessly integrates several components such as on-site clinical supervision, identity management and unmanned therapeutic aid. The important element of the system is the incorporation of patient’s live recording with the employment of facial recognition of the visitors and machine-learning models. The most vital components in the response to any medical emergency is a live cam embedded with surveillance features and a mobile unit with the capability to autonomously disperse drugs. The hardware works in such a way that in the case of cardiac arrest or any other abnormal condition, the patient can automatically call the drug dispensing unit, and the unit autonomously locates the patient and delivers the drug. In simple terms the overall goal of the project was fragmentation of the patient verification and emergency drug administration tasks in order to make them easily manageable and efficient. The distinct vision claims to enhance access to emergency healthcare services by delivering real-time and effective medical assistance to patients irrespective of their location.
