This unique effect may be attributed to the diffusion of residual hydrogen into the IGZO channel, which passivates interface defects and provides more free carriers in the thicker gate dielectric.

This unique effect may be attributed to the diffusion of residual hydrogen into the IGZO channel, which passivates interface defects and provides more free carriers in the thicker gate dielectric.
