Effective and Innovative ATPG solutions to shorten TTM based on V93000

Due to the rapid development of consumer electronics, consumer fabless companies in sectors like Mobile Application Processor Baseband (APBB), Microcontroller Unit (MCU) often face the challenge of tight time-to-market (TTM) targets, while the development of Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) program is quite challenging for fresh engineer. In this paper, we have introduced Tpzilla solution, which is an effective and innovative automatic test program generator (ATPG) solution based on Advantest’s V93000 platform. This solution provides a friendly and modern GUI to develop test program with step-by-step wizard, making TP development much easier for V93000 beginner, greatly improved the offline program development efficiency and reduced learning cost.
