Design of Automatic Control Manipulator
Traditional robotic arms are manipulated in realtime through remote control technology. However, they not only have a mechanical feel that differs from the human body structure, which fails to meet the more meticulous operational requirements of technicians in complex environments, but also suffer from the issue of a single control mode. In order to address the problem of the limited control mode in traditional manipulators and better meet the diverse needs of complex operations, this project has investigated the structure of the human hand and natural - motion - based simulation control technologies. By combining the advantages of various technologies, a manipulator with multiple control methods has been designed. The design uses the STM32F103C8T6 single-chip microcomputer as the main control board, and it can be controlled in multiple ways, such as through a somatosensory glove, a mobile phone, or a gamepad. The structure of the manipulator is driven by servos. In the somatosensory glove, the HC-12 chip is used as the data transmission module. Coupled with the high-precision potentiometers installed on each finger cot, analog signals can be stably and quickly converted into digital signals for transmission. The Bluetooth module or PS2 receiver on the robotic palm can receive control information from mobile phones or gamepads. Moreover, the W25Q64 chip on the manipulator can store preset action groups, enabling the manipulator to perform preset actions.
