Design and Implementation of Wind Turbine Monitoring System Based on Wireless Sensor Network
This article studies the wind turbine monitoring system based on wireless sensor network (WSN) and proposes a low-power, low-cost, and highly flexible wireless ad hoc network technology solution. The LEACH layered routing protocol is used to improve network energy efficiency. LEACH reduces communication overhead and extends node lifespan by dynamically selecting cluster heads and aggregating data. The study provides a detailed introduction to the cluster head election mechanism and data transmission process of LEACH, and discusses its advantages in energy balance, data aggregation, distributed control, and other aspects. Based on the characteristics of the XN297L communication module, the system has achieved real-time monitoring of wind turbines, and the effectiveness and application prospects of this scheme have been experimentally verified.
