An Authentication and Key Agreement Protocol for Whole Process Open Channel in D2D
Since IoT relies on wireless and shared networks, how to address security issues becomes a challenging problem as the number of devices increases. The most promising scenario in the IoT environment is device-to-device (D2D) communication, while existing security protocols on D2D communication rely on secure channels for the registration phase, which fails to fit real application scenarios. To solve this problem, an authentication and key agreement protocol (OC-AKA) for the whole process of D2D open channel is proposed: based on Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC), a light-weight security protocol without the need of relying on the secure channel is designed to ensure that the device obtains key pairs and accomplishes authentication and key negotiation without relying on a secure channel. Finally, the security of the protocol is verified using the formal method BAN logic, the model detection tool Scyther, and the non-formal approach, and the analysis results show that the OC-AKA protocol can effectively resist man-in-the-middle attacks, replay attacks, and internal privilege attacks. In order to verify the performance of OC-AKA protocol.
